Health Future was formed in 1979 by several
hospitals within the state of Oregon for the sole
purpose of offering programs and services to its members
that not only offered monetary benefits, but additional
value as well. We have continued in that tradition and
added numerous programs since that time.
Health
Future converted to a Limited Liability Company in
January 1998, in order to enhance our flexibility in the
range of programs and services we could offer.The Board
of Governors is comprised of the Chief Executive
Officers of the Class A shareholder hospitals. Health
Future currently has a membership of 33 hospitals in
Oregon, Washington, and Northern California. We are
proud of our growth and service to our membership and
our 50 plus managers and associates remain strongly
committed to our emphasis on quality, responsiveness,
and value.
